THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 1 GIVEAWAY RULES

Who Can Enter

Entrants must be legal California residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have lawful access to the method(s) of entry set forth in these rules.

Employees of Fox Television Stations, Inc., owner of television station KTTV, and Time Warner Cable Inc. (collectively, “Sponsor”), Summit Entertainment, LLC (“Summit”) , and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Giveaway Entities”), and the immediate family and household members of each are ineligible.

How To Enter

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY.

Qualified entrants may enter as often as they wish. The giveaway begins at 12:01 A.M. local time on November 10, 2011, and all entries must be received by 11:59 PM local time on November 14, 2011.

Ten (10) winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on or about November 15, 2011.

The Prize(s)

The winner(s) will each receive: (i) ten (10) passes to an advance screening of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1,” tentatively scheduled at 8:00 P.M. on November 17, 2011, at The Landmark Theatre, located at 10850 West Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064 (the “Screening”); (ii) ten (10) Ten Dollar ($10.00) vouchers redeemable for food and drink at The Landmark Theatre concession on the date of the Screening; (iii) ten (10) The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 T-shirts, and (iv) a photograph of each attendee in front of a Twilight-themed background. The approximate retail value of each prize is $450.00. Lost or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. No one may be admitted to the Screening without a ticket or after the Screening begins. Please note that the motion picture has been rated “PG-13,” and may not be suitable for children. The prize is provided by Time Warner Cable.

Any other expenses not specified herein, including, but not limited to transportation to the Screening, are the sole responsibility of the winner and his or her guest(s). Sponsor and/or prize provider have the right, at their sole discretion, to remove anyone from the Screening at any time without compensation if the individual’s behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Sponsor or prize provider or otherwise violates the policies of the Sponsor or prize provider. Winner’s and his or her guests’ seat assignments during the Screening may be designated by Sponsor (or prize provider). All guests attending the Screening must be thirteen (13) years of age or over, unless the guest is under thirteen (13) years of age (a “Minor”) and accompanied by their parent or legal guardian; or the parent or legal guardian of the Minor has consented to the Minor attending the Screening (subject to the sole discretion and satisfaction of the Sponsor).

The winner(s) will be notified by e-mail on or about November 15, 2011. The winner(s) will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release and claim the prize in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion within one (1) day of the date of notification or they will be disqualified. If a winner cannot be reached, or if a winner does not return the signed and completed Certification of Eligibility and Release and claim the prize within the designated time period, Sponsor will select an alternate winner by random drawing if, in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion, time permits.

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner(s). The winner(s) cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

The winner(s) is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.

Only one prize will be awarded per household. Individuals are eligible to win only one prize in a giveaway sponsored by KTTV or KCOP within any 12-month period, regardless of the number of giveaways entered. A winner who does not return the Certification of Eligibility and Release in time is still treated as a winner for purposes of this rule and therefore will be ineligible to win another giveaway for 12 months.

Odds of Winning Miscellaneous

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for broadcast, online posting, and/or any in any other media, including for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. The Giveaway Entities and each of their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, members, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize, or from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ control. Released Parties shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any other companies or persons providing any of these services and accommodations including any results or consequences thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a particular entry, Sponsor will determine the entrant’s identity or select an alternate winner, in its sole discretion.

Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in Los Angeles County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsor’s use of entrants’ personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at HYPERLINK "http://www.myfoxla.com" www.myfoxla.com.
